What would you say if I told you there was something you could do that costs nothing, and if you do it every day, you’d feel more fulfilled, happier, and like life was moving in the right direction more often?
Celebration tells your brain what you’re doing (even if it’s out of your normal routine - and uncomfortable) is good and safe. By celebrating, your body releases feel good hormones, and reduces cortisol.
So, I decided instead of just a day of tooting my own horn, I’m celebrating for an entire month (on IG).
In this episode, I share more about the WHY behind this choice - the science of celebrating - as well as practical ways you can start enjoying the benefits of celebrating more (hint: it involves celebrating yourself).

My personal experience of coaching is with mindset/business coaching, however you can use these criteria to evaluate a health coach, fitness coach, parenting coach, or any other coach you're interested in working with.

Burnout is kind of a fluffy term that gets tossed around a lot.
Today on the episode we're talking about burnout - how to spot it, how to stop it, and the tools needed to stay away from it in the future.

Carly combines her functional nutrition expertise with subconscious reprogramming to give her coaching clients rapid and massive results. She supports her clients’ mind, body, and soul as they level up in their health and life.
One thing you'll hear in her story is how she says "YES" to the parts inside of her that are ready for more. It's this behavior that has gotten her (and her clients) massive results in a short amount of time.
Carly shares vulnerably in this episode about her experience with eating disorders, specifically orthorexia - how she became aware of it, how she's healed (and continues to heal), and now how she helps other women - often with similar experiences.
